We are in the process of hiring trainees for network support who will undergo training with us for a period of 12 months. This training opportunity is available in Gurgaon.

The details of the requirement are as below:

Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and providing technical support to the Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries on all  products.

Qualification: BCA/B.Sc (IT) / B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc(IT)

Year of Passout: 2008 & 2009

Skills Required: Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:

• Routing Protocols

• TCP/ IP and IRQs

• Basic operating systems related to Networking

• Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage

• Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.

Candidates meeting the required skills sets can appear for the selection process as per the below mentioned schedule:

• Candidate should be willing to work in 24*7 Support (US Shifts) & should be competent in voice based technical support.

• Candidates have to separately clear each round of the selection process.

• Candidates will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period .
