Financial Planning Consultant - Bancassurance JobsCafe.com Job Description Purpose:
The role holder will primarily be responsible for sales and drive the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned bank Partner. He/ She will also manage and ensure smooth day-to-day bank branch operations
Context:
The role holder will work closely with the Sales Manager and will be responsible for converting leads based on the referral model of Bancassurance

• Achieve sales targets through assigned bank partner
• To ensure full adherence to the sales process
• To Contribute to the Development and implementation of the sales plan and deliver sales targets through assigned bank partner at the branch level
• Self Development of one’s own comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s products, business strategy and relationships
Qualifications:
A high calibre graduate from a reputed university/ institute
Skills/ Knowledge:
•Basic understanding of the investment, savings and savings linked products
•Understanding of investment guidelines, taxation aspects and legal framework with regard to branch operations
•A reasonable understanding of the Indian banking environment and its operations
•Aptitude for numbers
•Problem solving and decision making
•Strong analytical ability
Experience :
•0-2 years experience in sales, preferably with a bank or a financial services company or alternatively experience in a direct distribution
Experience 0 - 2 Years
