Should have excellent PeopleSoft Technical skills like Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker, XMLP etc.
Should have worked in several HCM (8.9 and above) implementation projects;
should be familiar with the HCM functional areas in PeopleSoft.
