Job Description

 Ensure prompt & correct resolution to all queries received at the call centre (.

 Responsible for dealing with relevant customer requests/complaints and their follow-ups.

 Identify & provide inputs on unique or recurring customer issues to concerned authorities.

 Handle additional floor activities being given by the supervisor from time to time.
