HR -Administrator JobsCafe.com Job Description 1)Request drug screens from HireRight via the Internet and send results via email to HRBP/HRC with other pertinent information related to new hire
2)Reconciliation of HireRight invoice and allocations to BCU
3)Send welcome email to new associates to recap orientation with links to intranet sites
4)Run daily benefit query to ensure new hires are enrolling in benefits – send email reminders as needed
5)Weekly mail merge and preparation of letters and forms to terminated associates
6)Generation of bonus repayment letters – $ amounts and payback periods will be provided by payroll team
7)Ownership and all related tasks of Long Service Awards
8)Assist with miscellaneous data entry as needed during peak periods
9)Provide back up support to UK Shared Services as assigned
10)Participates in other projects as assigned
