1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
2. Age between 21 and 26 years.
3. BPO Inbound call handling experience is a must - Non-Technical Process, Domestic / International.
4. Candidate should be a Graduate or an equivalent in any stream.
5. Candidates appearing / re-appearing for the third year exams will not be preferred.
6. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook or other mail systems.
7. There should not be more than 3 months of break in between jobs.
8. Willingness to work in rotating shifts including night shifts (A week or two in a month depending upon the occupancy of agents. The employee would be paid INR100 per working day for travelling + INR 50 per working day as a meal allowance. Total - INR 150 per working day - for days in which the employee is working in the night shift).
9. Enthusiastic, dedicated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and at least 1 year of work experience.
10. Self motivated individual with pleasing outgoing personality with a go-getter attitude.
11. Willingness to stretch beyond shift hours and in different shift timing
12. Should be willing to work on a Saturday, Sunday and during festive occasions, as per the roster.
13. Candidates with TPA industry experience will be an added advantage.
14. Candidates with 'Nursing Degree' will be an added advantage.
15. If experienced, there should not be any track record of excessive 'leaves / absenteeism' or the reason of leaving the job should not be due to the leave factor / integrity or disciplinary issues.
16. Preferably a male candidate.
17. Candidate should be residing not beyond Borivali, Thane & Airoli.
