The candidate will be responsible for identifying, profiling and reaching out to prospective leads and selling Unisys products and services through means like e-mail messaging and telesales.

In certain situations, he will also be expected to sell the product or service to the customer directly.

Desired Profile
   
Complete responsibility for the lead generation cycle from identification, information collation, qualification, contact, interest generation upto prospect conversion

Analyze customer needs in terms of current business challenges, identify opportunities and potential solutions

Create and maintain a database of contacts of current and future customers

Support sales campaigns for onsite sales teams including writing scripts

Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers

Support activities that contribute to the overall success of the Sales Team

Desired Experience and Skills

2 – 6 years of lead generation and hardcore telesales experience (Banking, Finance Services and Insurance experience is a plus) in the BPO or IT Services Space

Must have done this role for the US market

Sales / business development bent of mind – Ability to collect and develop leads

Demonstrated skills in successfully positioning and differentiating enterprise products and services

Research – Be creative in conducting research on the web to identify and profile prospects and perform market analysis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level or LOB audiences

Awareness of technology developments

Good understanding of Onsite / Offshore model

Well-versed in MS Office tools

Bachelors Degree is a must; MBA would be desirable

Ability to work US timings (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) is must
