1. Education

i. Commerce graduate (BCom/BMS) and Post Graduates (MCom only). No MBA/Science students

ii. Should have a good academic track record – Minimum First Class throughout (SSC-HSC-Graduate)

II. Soft Skills

i. Candidate should be flexible to work in any shift/timings in 24*7

ii. MS Excel (Advanced) and MS Access skills

iii. Good communications skills – both written and verbal

iv. Analytical and Quantitative Skills

v. Sound mathematical knowledge

vi. Hands on experience on use of Bloomberg

vii. Team players

viii. Needs to be fast with use of PC

ix. Ability to manage time and multi task efficiently

x. Should have an eye for details

xi. Should not think of the process as a mechanical job, should be focused to identify redundant and repetitive tasks

xii. Should be able to work through high volumes of numerical data
