Achieve and exceed relevant process targets in line with business objectives
Acquire and update knowledge on the process, procedures and products on an ongoing basis
Support achievement of team objectives
Exhibit ownership of the business
Contribute to the creation of a supportive work environment driven by people centric values
Delight external customers by providing excellent service to Relationship Managers/Assistant Relationship Managers.

Sound Accounting Knowledge (Especially in the area of financial analysis)
Ability to speak and understand English fluently
Ability to write business letters and reports
Ability to derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources. (Desirable)
Ability to build rapport with, and relate to a wide range of people
Ability to learn very quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately
