Systems Engineer (Software Distribution)

The tasks of these engineers could include one or more of the following:
·        Experience with remote remediation of issues with software distribution.
·         Experience with using Radia (HPCA) for remote software distribution.
·         Experience with Excel and using spreadsheets.
·         Experience with using Excel to pull SQL query
·         Experience with using Active Directory
·         Ability to Multi Task and prioritize activities
·         Some knowledge of network protocol TCP/IP and computer networking for troubleshooting issues.
·         Experience with remote administration of Microsoft Windows Operating System for client workstations.
Creation of application packages
Providing technical Solutions Use automated diagnostic programs to solve problems Identify recurrent problems and help users resolve them
 
ITIL Foundation Certification would be an added advantage Must possess very strong problem solving and resolution experience. Must be very customer oriented and focused on meeting the customer's needs. Must have very good verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,        Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Certifications such as MCSE, MCSD, MCP or similar certifications would        be preferred.

Working knoweldge in Software Distribution Technology

Expertise in Windows XP OS would be an added advantage.

Must possess very strong problem solving and resolution experience. Must be very customer oriented and focused on meeting the customer's needs. Must have very good verbal and written communication skills.
