1. Provide detailed design, development, maintenance and support for custom applications on J2EE
2. Ability to quickly understand the business requirement, technical specifications, McAfee systems and interfaces
3. Develop and support high quality code in accordance with Application functional specification.
4. Apply best practices in code development
5. Ability to work in a distributed development environment
6. Ability to work with remote teams
7. Ability to work independently
8. Perform code reviews, peer reviews and unit test and all required documentation
9. Able to handle & execute multiple tasks by prioritizing them on need basis.
10. Understand quickly and follow McAfee processes
11. Expertise in Java/J2EE, WebLogic - Application Servers, Knowledge of Frameworks
12. Microsoft .NET Experience would be an added bonus
13. XML, XSLT, JavaScript, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, DOM
14. Oracle, MS SQL
15. Autonomy(Interwoven Teamsite, Site Publisher), Oracle ECM (Stellent)

1. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Clear understanding of SDLC, QA Process, Defect lifecycle.

5. 3-5 years of IT experience working in highly technical/high growth industry developing web applications
6. Experience of working in different software development life cycles (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
7. Formal training in Web-based architecture, products and services is desirable
8. Good communication skills are must
