ABOUT GFIC – SSC Team
Global Financial Information Center (GFIC) plays a key role in streamlining Oracle’s financial and accounting operations around the world. SHARED SERVICES CENTER (SSC) – a group within GFIC, provides transaction–processing services covering Revenue Accounting and Customer Operations. This team supports Oracle’s internal operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Timely and accurate day-to-day transaction / translation processing activities involving usage of any of the Foreign languages like Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Chinese, Taiwanese.
· Translation or transaction processing to Foreign Language or from Foreign Language to English.
· Taking part in projects, language learning circles and language training.
· Handling language translations/interpretations as and when required.
· Taking part in and driving quality and efficiency projects
· Reporting, analyzing, reviewing metrics to find out root cause and corrective action plan and execution of the same.
· Keen focus on language accuracy and enhancement of language skills of the team.

Eligibility
Experience Range : 0 to 5 yrs experience in ANY foreign language translation / transaction process.
Fresh Graduates with Zero experience but good in any of the foreign languages can also apply to this opportunity.
Academics : Any Full Time/Correspondence Bachelors Degree is a MUST
Requisites :
· Excellent communication skills in English – both oral & written.
· Good in Reading, Writing and Speaking atleast 2 of the following Foreign Languages
Spanish / Portuguese / French / German / Chinese / Taiwanese
· MUST be flexible to work in NIGHT shifts.
· MUST sign a service agreement with Oracle for a period of 18 months.
