Develop a Recruitment Strategy: Part of the core team for developing an overall recruitment strategy including design and implementation of process and systems for staff hiring
Manage internal and external networks: It is imperative for the candidate to build and develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of business plans so as to identify resourcing requirements at the appropriate time.
Businesses Head should view him/her as a strategic support partner and s/he should provide the requisite recruitment support to the businesses. S/he would also be responsible for managing vendor relationships and drive their performance to achieve organizational goals.
