Job DescriptionCMS is coming up with their own set up of Call Centers with PAN India customers for which we are hiring Service Desk Executives on the payroll of the company.
The details are as follows:
• 75 Seat Centralized call center to serve PAN India customers
• Call Center would be having various technologies like IVR , Voice Logger , EPBAX , Call Recording ,
• Automated call logging Tool having features of Web based , mail Based & SMS based interface
• Daily 2000 Inbound customer service Request ( Incoming Phone calls )
• Daily 7500 outbound follow up calls ( Outgoing calls )
Graduate candidates with the relevant experience of 1 to 4 yrs with the Excellent Communication, Ready to work in Rotational Day Shifts.
