Production Support Executive JobsCafe.com Job Description Responsibilities
* Perform routine technical checks of Production & UAT Servers for SCS application.
* Collect & provide required evidences from audit and SOX compliance point of view for applications under purview.
* Liaise with DPC-L1 /vendor / Analysts/ Network team etc.. to ensure production issues are resolved and rollout of enhancements are implemented successfully
* Identify improvement opportunities and work on them
* Be a team player.
* Active participation in improvement initiatives
* Identify alternative solutions for incident resolution
* Work towards 100% uptime for application.
* Ensure agreed level of production support given to business users.
* In-depth understanding of application and become technically expert.
* Coordinating with BPRG / DPC /DBA / Vendor etc. for raising CCF’s & ensuring the TAT’s for release movements into production.
* Restore normal service operations as quickly as possible
* Logging SFRs for issues reported.
* Creating of KB for DPC-L1.
* Supporting UAT environment & issues during testing.

* Years of Exp: 0-2 years
* Development skills (VB, VC, ASP, JSP, Java, SQL, PL/SQL)
* Unix / Windows Operator-level knowledge & Shell scripting
* RDBMS – Oracle / Sybase / MSSQL / DB2 & Others
* Web/ App server administration knowledge
* Qualifications : Graduate / MBA.
