Sourcing Candidates through Various Channels i.e Job Portals, Networking, Reference, Employee Reference.......
Making Outbound Calls
Scanning Resume from different Job Portals.
Taking Telephonic Interview.
Short Listing the Candidates.
Lining Up Candidates for the Interview for different Process.
Good Knoweldge of Computer is Must.
Maintaining Data Base.
Generating & Publishing Daily & Monthly Reports.
Purely Target Oriented .
Candidates from Western Belt (MUMBAI) can only Apply.
