Primary (Essential) Technical Skills:

Primary Skill (mandatory) :Oracle PL/SQL

Exposure on Java / COM+ is an advantage

Experience : 1 to 4 yrs   

Good written and spoken communication

Experience in the Banking domain  would be plus.

Soft / Behavioral Skills:

Confident, Responsible and high Initiative; Strong business Communication and customer interaction skills; Strong in problem Solving and quick in decision making
