• Identify requirements, develop and design user interfaces for interacting with the end user
• Communicate with the development team on interface design directions, and resolve design tradeoffs and implementation issues
• Evaluate design in terms of usability and emotional factors
Key Result Areas
• Create wireframes of user Interfaces with layout structure and screens, and these interaction elements act as fundamentals in the development of a website
• Improve the usability and experience of the object or system, by first researching and understanding certain users' needs
• Generate usability reports based on user behavior, user mental model, task analysis, usability principles
Typical Responsibilities
Project / Process
• Create conceptual designs to illustrate new ideas
• Design detailed mock-ups and user flows as part of the final design specification
• Create a vision of a new product based on loose ideas, and also need to take a very detail-oriented approach to fix flaws in existing flows
• Defines user requirements, creates prototypes, and conducts usability testing
• Creative ability to convert business objectives into professional web design
• Participate in Usability studies and the analysis of site statistics
• Develop scenarios and storyboards to communicate design concepts to team members and clients
• Design, build, and test interactive prototypes to iterate and evolve your designs
• Deliver detailed information architecture and interaction design specifications to the client
• Create wire frames and mock - ups that would help develop a prototype
• Understands the importance of web site performance and is motivated to design for extreme optimization
• Provide necessary inputs for status, based on activities assigned and raise issues/concerns to the module lead on time

• Education : 2Years PG/ 4years UG in MDes/BDes in Interaction design or Product Design
• Masters in Design, Diploma from NID or Human Factors Degree\Certification from reputed overseas Universities\ Institutions Any graduations stream of Computer Science and Software engineering
• Min Work Exp: 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in the relevant field
Skills Required
• Behavioral Skills - Communication, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Drive for Results
• Project Management Skills - Project execution and control, Quality Assurance, Projects scoping , Requirements Management , Planning , Estimation
