HP GBS Decision Support and Analytics Services (GBS-DSAS) provides data driven decision support and allied Knowledge Services and is focused on providing tangible business impact in a cost effective manner. DSAS is a 740 member team serving stakeholders across TSG, IPG, PSG and Global functions across regions in the areas of Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain. 70% of GBS-DSAS team has an advanced degree (Masters / PhD) in Management or a Quantitative Science. The team has an excellent mix of experienced professionals with strong Data Analytics, Research and business consulting background.

IPG DSAS is a 150+ member team within DSAS focused on IPG Sales & Marketing Organizations, delivering services like Market and Sales Intelligence, Customer Intelligence, Content Management and Marketing Program Operations across IPG Business Units, Regions, and Worldwide Functions.

Sponsored and governed by IPG WW Strategy & Marketing, IPG DSAS is poised to be a 'Global Marketing Center' delivering key marketing services Faster, Cheaper and Better for IPG to compete in the market place. For this vision to materialize DSAS needs seasoned IPG resources to train and share their knowledge with DSAS resources.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing the entire project deliverables for the various Imaging & Printing Business with the Marketing & Communications team for the EMEA region. The project manager will be the point of contact between the individual marketing/communication/business leads, the EMEA OnShore agencies, and the India creative services team. This project manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating, creative team resources and activities in order to meet IPG EMEA Marketing Communications needs.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Act as a main Point of contact between various partner/OnShore Agency Leads and the India creative services team during the project delivery phase and responsibility for managing the entire end-to-end project .

* Will project manage the team of individuals responsible for developing and executing sales/marketing collateral including creative design, copy (content management/development), layout for marketing programs and communication. Will be responsible for project resource and timeline planning in coordination with IPG-DSAS Marcom & Interactive Design Services manager.

* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the marketing/communication/business partner leads to promote collaborative working engagements.

* Proactively identify capability gaps, and develop and execute appropriate strategies for addressing gaps by working back with IPG-DSAS Marcom and Interactive Design Services manager.

* Understand overall workflow associated with development of all project deliverables

* Proactively determine resources that are aligned to long-term roadmap in support of continuing to build portfolio of services.

Desired Profile
   
Qualifications:

* Requires 6+ years of expert level knowledge in area of project management marketing communications (marketing collateral, direct marketing, advertising, web-based & interactive marketing) preferably as part of off-shore team.

* Experience with a Tier I advertising Agency is preferred.

* Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration or Marketing

* Depth of knowledge across marketing communications discipline and managing to objectives. A strong understanding of business context is essential.

* Program Management skills required

* Experience in managing people, including delivering under tight deadlines

* Demonstrated ability and desire for creating and fostering collaborative off-shore relationships

* Enthusiasm/high interest for playing key role in developing and executing off-shore working model

* Effective project managements skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
