Job Type: Contract (6 months), Full Time, Night shift
Job Description:
· Responsible for answering customer chats regarding technical issues and abide by the prescribed norms
· Maintains high levels of domain expertise, soft-skills, and chat skills & etiquettes
· Dispatches escalated issues as appropriate
· Awareness on key metrics and targets.
· Consistently deliver quality Technical Support to the customers
Requirements:
· Any graduate (10+2+3) or Diploma holder with basic knowledge of Hardware, Networking and Operating System.
· Willingness to work night shifts
· Typing speed of 25 WPM with 80% accuracy is a mandatory requirement
· Excellent English written communication skills
· Must be able to join immediately
