HyperWorks Specialist – FEA JobsCafe.com Job Description Primary responsibilities are troubleshooting the technical problems customers may encounter while using Altair HyperWorks Suite of Software.
HW-Specialist will use the database tools/ trouble ticket system to manage and track issues and escalations in accordance with service level agreements with the corporate.
The HW-Specialist must be a team player capable of high performance and flexibility working in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of UNIX and/or DOS
Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must
