Ideal candidate should have the following skills:
Should have 1 – 5 years experience in Voice based process (inbound customer service / query resolution or outbound collections / customer service) interacting with US residents.
Possess excellent Oral Communication Skills (the requirement is for Mortgage Voice Process)
Should have work experience using MS Office (Word, Excel)
Should posses excellent composition & writing skills
Additional Specification:
Candidates willing to work in night shifts only need to apply
Candidates should be willing to work in Collections Voice Process
Candidates should have secured minimum 40% in their graduation, XIIth, Xth
Selected candidates must be willing to sign an employment Agreement (bond) as per the company policy
Candidates should not have any gaps in education and employment
