Inside Sales Representative JobsCafe.com Job Description We are currently seeking qualified and motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Mumbai office. In this role, you will be responsible for selling McAfee products and services to new and existing customers.
Primary Responsibilities
* Achieve sales quota's on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Utilise prospect data that has been issued and cold call as required
* Draft business plans to gain coverage in the territory to achieve a higher level quota
* Apply McAfee telesales methodology to initiate telephone contact with customers, ascertain buying needs, recommend products and close sale.
* Effectively utilize the channel in making and fulfilling orders
* Prepare quotes that are correctly drafted and submitted for processing as per company requirements.
* Report on activity and maintain records of sales as required
* Qualify and follow up sales leads
* Close inbound sales calls and generate outbound sales calls
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with channel partners

* Proven track record in exceeding sales quotas and targets
* Significant experience selling IT security products to customers over the phone
* Previous experience as an inside sales representative within a dynamic challenging environment with strict deadlines and a performance/achievement culture.
* Demonstrated ability to work well in a highly interactive environment
* A solid understanding of the sales cycle in conjunction with business process both externally and internally
Please note that this role is based in Mumbai and only individuals who currently reside in Mumbai will be considered.
