Job Description

- Leading a team of Configuration Development Engineers

- Creation of configuration templates for corporate banking applications.

- Troubleshooting - Investigate and resolve issues occurring while creating these templates in timely and efficient manner.

- Testing the templates in a comprehensive manner.

- Build a strong relationship with existing customers and on site counter parts.

- Should be highly motivated, self starter and possess excellent communication skills.

- Present complex technical information to a non-technical audience in a simplified manner.

- Educate and explain product features and benefits as well as technical specifications.

- Gain a very good understanding of the new functionalities of the product from a technical/functional perspective.

- Hold periodic review of team members’ performance on 1 on 1 basis.

- Make sure that operation is run as per the Quality Management System. Prepare and update the documentation for the same.

- Identifying training needs of team members

- Attend Weekly and Monthly (both internal and external) calls

- Liaising with horizontal services.

Job Profile

Managing a team of development engineers and creating configuration templates for corporate banking applications which will be used as standards for future implementation.

2-4 years of over all experience with preferably 1 year in Technical Support / Client Services and 1 year in leading a team

Mandatory Skills

- Very good understanding of SQL Server 2005

- Good troubleshooting skills with regards to databases, web applications etc.

- Communication: excellent verbal, written, and listening skills

- Interpersonal: ability to work effectively with others, including a diverse population

- Problem solving: ability to constructively handle unexpected problems. Strong Analytical skills.

- Decision making: ability to make sound decisions given the information available

Desired Skills

- Experience in using IntelliMATCH, A BIG PLUS.

- Understanding of Windows operating system fundamentals

- Experience in the finance domain, with specific focus on Trading.

 Education Required: MCS
