• MS Project(Mandatory)
• Primavera
• Plan projects, track and report the status as per Program Management guidelines
• Interact with local engineering and US program management team on a daily or weekly basis
• Regular communication with Program stakeholders in Local and US counterparts
• Maintain program or project plan and comply with schedule change management
• Support program managers in maintaining risk sheet and participate in risk management process.
• Involves conference calls and meetings to be attended with US counterparts in early morning US timings
• Experience in project management tools and MS Excel/Access is a must
• Ability to follow up with engineering team for project status
• Flexible and quick learner, should be passionate to excel
• PMI (CAPM or PMP) certification desirable.
