To monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations
To control shrinkage
Implement plans to maximise sales and meet or exceed the budget
To ensure Process Implementation by focussing on:
- Effective Store Operations and Performance
- Communication
- Planning & Organising
- Safety & Security
- Handling of Government / Official Visits
- Custodian of Store Assets
- Crate Reconciliation
- Petty cash management
To lead and motivate store team to increase sales and efficiency by providing greater product knowledge
To control attrition and foster the group culture values amongst all employees
To ensure that all prescribed customer service standards are adhered to by the store team.
