Desired Candidate Profile

Must be a graduate / Diploma holder.

Minimum 6 months of previous business experience. BPO experience preferred. Experience of UK customers preferred. Experience of working processes preferred.

Proven experience of dealing with customers within a work environment.

Previous experience of successfully completing a training programme within a work environment. Proof of successful accreditation of such a programme.

Previous experience of using business telephone manner within a work environment.

Good PC and keyboard skills. Microsoft applications and internet experience preferred.

Knowledge of UK culture and geography. An understanding of customer profiles and requirements

An understanding of the Financial services industry, preferably the UK

Professional

Ability to empathise with customers

Gets on well with colleagues and customers and contributes to the team environment

Confident in asking questions to check understanding, using initiative

Job Description

• Responsible for customer service turnaround within set time frames.

• Maintain a record of processed case reference numbers for logistics.

• Ensure accurate documentation of customer profiles.

• Handle written customer correspondence on behalf of FP.

• Communicate with operations staff on client issues, policy change etc.

• Should be able to communicate effectively with clients (IFA’s) based out of UK.

• Passing the case to the relevant Q based on information given/missing.

• Should be able to analyse customer requirements & process cases accordingly.

• Call up the IFA’s to get information about the applicant.

Interested Applicants need to walkin for an interview before 15th May 2010 , on any weekdays between 11.00 am to 4.00 pm.
