We are looking out for Unit Sales Managers who would be responsible for -

• Generating business through assigned channels such as : channels, agency teams, direct teams.
• Building Relationships with bank / other channels
• Maximizing own share of business in channels
• Conducting regular training programs for trainees
• Ensuring adherence to defined processes
• Motivating sales channels for growth in business generation
• Executing sales promotional activities.

We are looking out for young, aggresive and sharp Graduates or MBAs with strong sales and marketing background and an experience of 1 to 4 Years
