Candidates need to be flexible with shifts as per a 24/7 working environment.
Typing speed - minimum of 15 wpm with 85% accuracy.
Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while speaking with customers is a must.

Semi Technical Support Associates
We have openings for a UK technical inbound process, we would look at candidates who have –
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma Engineering with
Advance troubleshooting skills for at least one of the following:
- Broad band ISP
- One of the Operating systems from the following:
- Windows 98, Me, 2000, XP Home, XP Pro
- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware.
- Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have a strong MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
- Strong customer service skills: empathy, listening, enthusiastic, patience, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, rotating as schedule requires.
Eligibility
UG / grad with min 6 months experience
Graduate freshers.
