Desired Candidate Profile

LLB/ LLM with 0 - 6 yrs of experience in Corporate Legal affairs, particularly MACT cases.

Would be required to handle TP claims, consumer litigation

Support underwriting and marketing teams

Job Description

1. To monitor MACT and connected litigations.

2. To manage and administer the day to day proceedings of MACT matters at different tiers of litigation.

3. To innovate practicable and feasible ways and means to reduce and mitigate the commercial risks involved in the MACT litigations.

4. To develop comprehensive and analytical database with respect to the MAC claims.
