• Open positions would primarily be for the International Voice Support division at the entry level (0-3 Years Experience)

Designations :
• Technical Support Officer (Voice Based) / Customer Support Executive (Voice Based)

Job Description of the Profile :

• Qualification: Graduates from any discipline, preferably Engineers (BET/ BTech) are eligible to apply.
• Those with experience up to 3 years in a BPO too would be considered.
• Those from the 2010 batch awaiting the final examination results too could apply.

Job Location : Positions are open for both Chennai and Noida

Skill Set :

• Prospective candidates should have excellent communication skills in English and open to working in rotational night shifts.
• Candidates applying for the Technical Support Officer vacancy should have basic knowledge in computers (ISP, Troubleshooting etc).

Walkin Date : Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays : Time - 11 AM to 4 PM
