Job Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills.
Minimum qualification - Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma (10+2+3) (No BE, B.Techs with more than 60% )
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Should be willing to work in a voice process.
2) Technical Support process
Designation: Process Executives
Experience : 6 months to 17 months(in Technical Support)
Job Location : Candidate should be flexible to relocate to any DCs of Infosys-BPO
Job Requirements:
Good Communication Skills. Qualification – Only Bsc (CS) or BCA (No BE,B.Tech,MCA’s)
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment).
