Key Responsibilities include:

Planning and conducting classes as per session plan
Ensuring fair conduct of appraisals and student performance
Accurate and timely updation of batch files and Encore (central database) with records of education delivery

Additional responsibilities (Taking not more than 20% of time)

Student Relationship Officer – coordinating student activities at center, handling student grievances and ensuring closure

Desired Profile    

Minimum Graduate having excellent command over the English language
Basic knowledge of computer usage ( MS Office)
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about teaching/ education
Confident personality
Teaching experience of 1-2 years (preferably English) is preferable
Third party certification like CIEFL will be an added advantage
1-2 years of experience in any role which calls for direct consumer interaction is preferable
