Infosys-BPO is hiring people for a Tech support and Voice process at Mangalore on 7th and 8th August 2010

1) Tech Support process

Job Description:

Designation: Process Executives

Job Location :   Should be flexible to relocate any DCs of Infosys.

Skill Set:  Knowledge in SQL /.Net/Java/Unix/Oracle or any programming knowledge

Qualification: B.Sc. (CS),B.C.A.  (No B.E., B.Tech. M.C.A. and Msc please)

B.Com. and B.A. graduates with technical skills are also eligible

Experience:6-17 months  Talents with Technical support and help desk knowledge will be preferred.

Exception:For those without technical knowledge, IBPO is looking for resources with experience for Voice Process for Bangalore and Pune

Willingness to work in Shifts: 24*7 is a must

2) Voice process

Designation: Process Executives for Voice process

Experience :  0-17 months

Job Location :   Bangalore/Pune

 Job Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills.

Minimum qualification - Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma (10+2+3) (No BE, B.Techs with more than 60% )

Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)

Willingness to work in Shifts: 24*7 is a must

Date of interview: 7th and 8th August 2010

Time: 7th August (10 AM to 5 PM) 8th August(10AM to 3PM)
