Accenture, one of the world's leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies, is looking for young, enthusiastic professionals for Voice openings in Bangalore for its BPO operations.

We are looking for

- Undergraduates (XII standard) with more than 6 months of work experience

- Graduates / Post Graduates / Diploma Holders with 0 – 5 yrs of exp

- B.E/B.Tech graduates with an aggregate of less than 60% and  must have prior voice exp for a minimum of 6 months.

- BE/Tech Fresher – 2010 Passed outs are not eligible.

- Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible

Desired Profile    

Candidate should have 0-2.5 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.

Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred

Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.

Should be open to work in any shift.

Experience : 0-2.5 years
