Job Description   

Walk in Interview on 14-Aug-10 for Manual testing .

Exp: 4 to 6 yrs

1. Team management skills - Should have been responsible to deliver at least a couple of modules, if not the entire project

2. Technical skills - Siebel, Siebel Upgrade, Configuration, Scripting, Business Services, Workflows, EIM, EAI, Oracle/DB2 programming

3. Years of Siebel experience = 3+

4. Years of IT experience = 4-6

5. Other specs - Onsite/offshore exposure , ability to deliver technical presentations, good communication and interpersonal skills, basic project management skills like time sheet tracking, monitoring resource loading etc.
