Should have good process and solution design skills
Should able to resolve technical issues of TIBCO
Good communication skills and analytical skills
Should be a senior TIBCO developer with more than 3+ years in TIBCO skills as a lead
Should have good knowledge in multiple methodologies available for integrating various applications in TIBCO
Must be playing the role of a TIBCO Tech Lead in the current or recent projects
Should have been a part of at least 2 - 3 full life-cycle TIBCO implementation project deliveries (requirement stage till roll-out and support)
