Experience - 2 yrs to 5yrs
Education - B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc .
Job Description:
Setup jobs, run jobs, analyze abends, setup scheduling.
Prepare SQL queries, run queries, validate results, report to the customer, analyze DB2 errors, resolve issues working with DBA, copy data into test environments.
Validate CICS Definitions, analyze CICS abends using abend-aid, etc.
View, update insert alter create data into VSAM files/DB2 tables.
Analysis of application issues, system issues and contact the appropriate team, open defects.
Assist Development & Systems group in debugging problems.
Process application backend transactions (mainframe, web & distributed).
Environment readiness validation (distributed/mainframe)
Report the status of the batch cycles, tester requests, data migration, environment readiness and defects.
