Functional Aspect (New)

Training

• Undergo training effectively

• Pass all theoretical and practical tests

Operations

• Recruit accurately and within TAT to ensure closure of said positions

• Complete the following reports on a daily basis:

- Individual activity log

- transition sheet for each deliverable

Communication skills

• Ability to articulate in a professional manner in terms of both written and oral communication to :

- Candidates

- Client (where applicable)

Desired Profile    

• Ability to grasp new concepts

• Apply theory in practice

• Source accurately and quickly

• Knowledge of use of job boards and free sites

• Ability to weed out bad resumes

• Pre-assess candidates for fitment around

• Ability to convince prospective candidates about viability of the said job role

• Ability to format resumes and append in the deliverable format

• Ability to deliver within TAT at all times
