Desired Candidate Profile

Walk in for Team Members Investment Banking (Non-voice)

Eligibility Criteria -

0-3 years of experience in Investment Banking.

Full time Graduate Preferably from Commerce background.

Not more than 2 years break in Careers / Academics.

Shouldnt have attended any TCS interview in last 6 months.

Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)

Good communication skills for liaising with necessary parties during remediation process.

Good PC skills including Microsoft Office package (Excel and Access essential)

Strong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills are required.

Ability to identify issues when they arise and escalate where necessary.

Good eye for details with meticulous and methodical approach to work.

Ability to grasp data and systems concepts quickly.

Attention to details and follow-ups.

Ability to work under tight time constraints.

To be able to exhibit willingness to learn.

Report any issues to TL.

Ensure that daily targets are met and quality is maintained.
