Role Purpose:

• Suporting finacle core system

Major Roles & Responsibilities :

• Incident Managment

• Peform L1 and L2 application support for finacle core systems

• Problem managment in colloboration with Infosys product support.

• DR for finacle core systems

• Change management

• Systems continuous improvements

Skills, knowledge and experience :

Mandatory:

• At least 1 years Experience in Finacle core systems.

• Good understading of finacle core systems technical and business process.

• Prior experience in Bug fixing and problem solving in finacle core sytems
