We have urgent requirements for Senior Inside Sales Associate/ Sales Associate at our office in D-233, Sector-63, Noida.
Profile: The role of Senior Sales Associates / Sales Associates is to give Outbound calls of prospective customers for selling extended warranty, spares & systems for B2C customers.
Educational Qualification: Under Graduate / Graduate/ BCA, MCA, BBA or equivalent / Any post Graduation as meet basic requirement for the process. Any certification or Diploma would be added advantage
Minimum Relevant Exp: Fresher /1-2years of Experience Sales experience would be an added advantage.
Age: 18 - 30 Years of age
Excellent Communication Skills with ability to convince Ability to converse fluently in English & Hindi
Effectively introduce products & services Focus on quality and urge to surpass targets.
Understand customer tones & be deft in handling customer queries Analyze & prioritize work to ensure customer calls are made at appropriate times
