1. Excellent grasp of the English language. Should be English as a first language
2. Ability to cold call, experience on cold calling
3. Ability to identify and generate leads
4. Ability to organize calls, run cold-calliing/email campaigns identify potential leads from talking to all levels of clients in US/UK/Australia
5. Self motivated, dynamic, "bubbly" personality
6 BPO candiates who have been trained in the american/british accent (Preferred )
7. Good experience in CRM
