 •To handle International Inbound Calls.

 •Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.

 •Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.

 •Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.

 •Acertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.

 •Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
