Job Description   

 ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities

   Overall Responsibility:

 * Develop and lead a professional retail team of 10 -20 execs to ensure achievement of store revenue targets, operational goals and 100% customer satisfaction.

 * Responsible for all functions of the retail store including sales, customer service, inventory, and technical troubleshooting.
 
 Sales :

 * Needs to strategize for achieving sales target.

   Service :

 * Focus on productivity parameters like average wait time, max wait time, interaction time.

 * Monitor executive’s interactions with customers.

 * Handle customer escalations to ensure all issues & concerns are resolved.

   Audits:

 * Conduct weekly audits to ensure minimum errors and adherence to process norms.

 * To implement best practices and provide coaching and support to subordinates

   Team Handling:

 * To motivate the staff to achieve their targets and walk the extra mile.

 * To plan Team building activities.

   Co-ordination:

 * To interact with the circle office on matters pertaining to employee welfare, marketing offers.

 * To identify the training needs of employees in co-ordination with the circle office and interact for coordinating sales training, product/process refreshers, error management.
 
 Performance assessment:

 * To assess the performance of the zone periodically and suggest improvement measures.

 * To assess the productivity of the immediate reportees periodically and give feedback.

   Training:

 * To attend seminars on retail for value adds.

Desired Profile    

Education :  Graduation, MBA Pref

 TYPICAL OUTPUTS

* Maintain quality and Customer satisfaction (CSAT) levels.

 * Ensure quality sales by maintaining 90 day churn within expected levels.

 * To maintain the P&L account of the store and enhance revenue.

 FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

 * Clear speech/ diction, Ability to articulate and explain well, Good listening skills.

 * Good command on English, Hindi and Marathi.

 * Excellent knowledge of systems, products & processes.

 * Excellent convincing skills.

 * Flair for sales.

 * Self-driven.
