Mandatory:
Java, Struts, JSP, Servlets, Oracle SQL, PLSQL, JavaScript.
Good analytical and communication skills
* Should have worked on Development/Support/Maintenance projects.
Desirable:
1) Technical documentation skills
2) Proactive approach to take initiatives to problem solving.
3) Client facing Experience
4) Ability to work with minimum supervision.
For Team Lead:
* 6+ years experience on Java, J2ee Technologies.
* Should have worked on Development/Support/Maintenance projects.
Mandatory - Java, J2EE - Struts, Spring & Hibernate,
RDBMS, Unix Scripts, Shell Scripts, Oracle(SQL, PL/SQL)
Good Communication, Analytical skills
Leadership Skills
Working Knowledge of CMMI processes
Must have lead the team of more than 5 resources
