Job Description

Call handling for business Generation & Client Servicing 

Receives telephone calls, receives and directs visitors, ensures filing and faxing

Uses word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software

Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers. Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures

Maintains record of petty cash account, supplies

Ensures safe and clean office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Co-ordinates office outings, picnics and team building activities

Manages records of leaves, attendance and access.

Work with Center Manager and team leads in conducting small team building events, recreation sessions.
